What to expect.

Where to start

It is important to find a counsellor you feel comfortable with as commitment and regular attendance are important for therapy to be effective. I offer a free 10-minute introductory call for you to ask any questions and to discuss what you would like from therapy. If you prefer, you can also book a first session to see if we might be a good fit and to experience how we might work together.

In person or online?

In-person sessions are offered at two London locations. I am experienced at working online so if you live outside of London, or find the locations otherwise inaccessible, we can discuss working together remotely. A blend of both online and in-person sessions is also possible.

Sessions & structure

If you decide you would like to work together, we would agree open-ended sessions which would allow us to work at a deeper level, or a limited number of sessions (usually 12-20) if you have a specific issue you would like to work on. Sessions are 50 minutes long and are held at the same time and on the same day each week. Occasional rescheduling within the same week is possible where necessary. Please note that I do not offer fortnightly sessions for new clients.

Fees

I offer a 10-minute introductory call free of charge.

Weekly session fees are £80 for individuals and £100 for those referred by agencies or organisations. There are sometimes concession spaces available.

For 7 am sessions fees are £110 for individuals and £130 for those referred by agencies or organisations.
