About me.

I am Chantal Naqvi, a qualified Integrative Counsellor and Therapist and a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). I offer individual counselling and therapy for adults in North and East London (Finsbury Park and Walthamstow), as well as online. I offer weekday daytime and evening sessions.

I work integratively, with an open and dynamic approach, acknowledging that individuals are complex and ever-changing, and therapy should evolve to meet your evolving needs. I offer flexibility, depth, relational focus, and integration of past and present experiences, empowering you to navigate life's challenges, gain self-awareness, and create meaningful change that aligns with your values and aspirations.

I support you to explore anything you bring to therapy. Perhaps you are struggling with a change in your life, negotiating complicated family relationships, or a painful past you feel ready to revisit. There might be a feeling that something isn’t quite right, but you’re not yet sure what that is. Whatever you bring, I can help you find some clarity and healing as we work towards you experiencing greater fulfilment in your life.

I have experience of helping clients work through life transitions, family conflict, depression, anxiety, issues of identity, bilingualism, adult/ late-diagnosed ADHD, and relationship issues; whether in a relationship or searching for one.

I believe that we all have within us everything we need to create a fulfilling life and that we are impacted by the structural and systemic oppression within which we live.

I offer support that is culturally sensitive and respectful of diverse backgrounds and perspectives. I am dedicated to creating an anti-oppressive practice and welcome individuals from all backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community and clients with disabilities. I am committed to offering respectful and affirming support to everyone.
